Our factory provides customized processing for a full range of sheet metal products with material thickness ranging from 0.8 mm to 6 mm. Available materials include SPCC cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, and 304 stainless steel.
We adopt full-process production including fiber laser cutting, CNC bending, robotic seamless welding, and electrostatic anti-corrosion powder coating. Ingress protection ratings of IP54 (indoor use) and IP65 (outdoor use) can be selected as required.
Our products serve 13 major industries including electric power, communication IDC, medical equipment, new energy vehicles, rail transit, municipal engineering, food industry and energy storage supporting facilities. We can supply complete electrical cabinets as a one-stop solution matched with our self-produced copper busbars and stamped parts.
